Dear potential partners,
We are inviting organizations to join our Erasmus+ project proposal “Inclusion Builds Connection” (KA154), which focuses on social inclusion, emotional well-being, and youth empowerment. This project aims to support young people who face marginalization due to bullying, poverty, cultural background, or social exclusion, providing them with tools to build resilience, improve self-esteem, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
The purpose of this Partner Information Form (PIF) is to collect relevant information about potential partner organizations, including their experience, expertise, resources, and motivation for joining the project. Your responses will help us understand how your organization can contribute to the project’s objectives and activities, and ensure that we form a strong, effective consortium.
We kindly ask you to provide accurate and complete information. All data will be used exclusively for project planning and consortium development purposes.
